That the claimant pay to Sunny Lettuce Company Pty Ltd rent and outgoings from December 2003 to March 2004, calculated by agreement at $14,244.86, by equal lump sum instalments, monthly instalments, over a 12 month period commencing on 1 March 2004 and concluding on 28 February 2005. 2.
