The affidavit of Mr Jonsson filed herein on the 2nd of July 2003 attests to the steps taken by the receivers to wind up the joint venture. The two creditors have entered into a deed of compromise. Apart from the failure of one of the joint venturers to report pursuant to the request of the receivers and managers, the winding up has proceeded to its conclusion. There are no surplus funds to be distributed and in all the circumstances it seems appropriate that the receivers now be discharged pursuant to rule 272 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules, and I so order. My order will be in terms of the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers. 2 JUDGMENT -- 2 of 2 --
