HIS HONOUR: This is an application by Eldred Waterproofing
Pty Ltd for the winding-up of a company "Club at 59 Pty Ltd."
The basis of the winding-up order is the proof of the
company's insolvency by its failure to respond to the
applicant's statutory demand which was for a sum of
$61,708.46, being the sum of a number of outstanding loan
arrangements .
I find that the insolvency is proven. The consent of
registered liquidator Mr Mier has been filed and the
Registrar's certificate attests to all the procedural steps
being properly taken. I will therefore make orders in terms of
the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers.
