Compensation is determined at One Hundred and Eighty-seven Thousand Dollars ($187,000), comprising loss of land, severance and injurious affection One Hundred and Seventy-seven Thousand Dollars ($177,000) and disturbance Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). 2.
