The basis upon which the application is made is that the respondent is in custody, she having committed further offences in breach of the bail condition, and that it seems to be understood between the officers of the Department of Families, who have the responsibility for administrating the bail program, that the respondent should remain in custody. That being the case, the bail order made on the 27th of February 2002 is hereby revoked. MS MEOLI : Your Honour, I do have a draft order which I can tender for your assistance. HIS HONOUR: Yes, okay. Does it say any more than what I've just said? MS MEOLI: No. HIS HONOUR: Yes, thank you. Yes, in my reasons, I've used the 27th day of February 2002 as the date of the order. Would you please correct that to the 26th day of February 2002, and I will make orders in terms of the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers. MS MEOLI: Thank you, your Honour. MS PRICE: Thank you, your Honour. HIS HONOUR: Yes, thank you. 26112002 D. 1 T2/MNH M/T CNSl/2002 (Jones J) 2 JUDGMENT -- 2 of 2 --
