No. 174/2004 Building Act 1993 Plumbing (Fees Amendment) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 December 2004 Responsible Minister: MARY DELAHUNTY Minister for Planning DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Plumbing Regulations 1998 to increase the fees payable under Part 12A of the Building Act 1993. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 221ZZZV of the Building Act 1993. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2005. -- 2 of 6 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. No. 174/2004 Plumbing (Fees Amendment) Regulations 2004 2 4. New regulation 32 substituted For regulation 32 of the Plumbing Regulations 19981 substitute— "32. Fees to be paid The following fees must be paid— (a) for an application under section 221M, 221O, 221P, 221Q or 221R of the Act $52.50 (b) for an application under section 221N of the Act $21.40 (c) for a licence under section 221M of the Act or a renewal of a licence (that is not endorsed) under section 221ZB of the Act $210.50 (d) for an endorsement under section 221N of the Act $21.40 (da) for a renewal of an endorsed licence under section 221ZB of the Act $210.50 plus $21.40 for each endorsement on the licence (e) for registration under section 221O of the Act or a renewal of registration under section 221ZB of the Act $237.00 r. 4 -- 3 of 6 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. No. 174/2004 Plumbing (Fees Amendment) Regulations 2004 3 (f) for provisional registration under section 221P of the Act or a renewal of provisional registration under section 221ZB of the Act $79.00 (g) for a restricted licence under section 221Q of the Act or a renewal of a restricted licence under section 221ZB of the Act $210.50 (h) for restricted registration under section 221R of the Act or a renewal of restricted registration under section 221ZB of the Act $237.00 (i) for a temporary licence under section 221W of the Act $52.50 (j) for temporary registration under section 221W of the Act $21. 40 (k) for a late renewal under section 221ZE of the Act $52.50 r. 4 -- 4 of 6 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. No. 174/2004 Plumbing (Fees Amendment) Regulations 2004 4 (l) for a duplicate licence or certificate of registration under section 221Y of the Act $21. 40 (m) for an application to modify the plumbing regulations under section 221ZZO of the Act $79.00 (n) for an application for a practical examination conducted by, or on behalf of, the Commission $115.80 (o) for an application for a theory examination conducted by, or on behalf of, the Commission $42.00 (p) for a compliance certificate under section 221ZN(5) of the Act $21.40". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 5 of 6 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
