The application has been properly served on the nominated address for service for the defendants, despite that neither has appeared. I am satisfied that in accordance with the terms of the affidavit of Mr Mann that service has been effected. The application is simply for the second defendants to comply with the rules, which despite a request having been made on 28 May 2001, and a further request on 25 June 2001, has been ignored.
