The material establishes that the respondent/defendant was served with the application. There was no appearance by 1 him, however, on the hearing of the application, and I note 10 that the matter was called. The affidavit material establishes a right to the relief sought and, of course, there is no material from the respondent questioning any of the matters to which Mr Cross on behalf of the applicant has sworn. The orders which I propose making contain injunctions which restrain the respondent from the use of certain names in conjunction with named matters or activities and which also require deregistration of names, removal of directory listings, and the alteration of a web page or web pages. I direct that the applicant promptly provide the respondent with a copy of these reasons and with a copy of the order which I will make in order to give the respondent the opportunity if he wishes of appearing and making submissions in relation to the order before it is perfected.
