No. 47/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Building Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Planning, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 May 2004 Responsible Minister: MARY DELAHUNTY Minister for Planning STEPHANIE LENN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Building Regulations 1994 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Building Regulations 1994 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 14 June 2005. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R.
