No. 119/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 September 2004 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations 1994 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R. No. 119/2004 Subordinate Legislation (Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 2 3.
