No. 61/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Meat Industry Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 June 2004 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Agriculture DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Meat Industry Regulations 1994 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Meat Industry Regulations 1994 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 20 June 2005. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R.
