No. 131/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Police and Emergency Services, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 26 October 2004 Responsible Minister: ANDRÉ HAERMEYER Minister for Police and Emergency Services DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 19941 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2.
