Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Occupational Health and Safety (Certification of Plant Users and Operators) Regulations 1994 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. Extension of operation The operation of the Occupational Health and Safety (Certification of Plant Users and Operators) Regulations 19941 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 25 July 2005. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
