No. 31/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Racing (Racing Appeals Tribunal) Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Racing, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 April 2004 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Racing DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Racing (Racing Appeals Tribunal) Regulations 1994 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2.
