The other application will be adjourned to 6 September 1999 with the costs associated with the adjournment of that application being reserved. The application for the appointment of p~ovisional liquidator arises because of the need to appoint someone to carryon the business of Tea Tree Oil of Australia (Cairns) Pty Ltd. There is a dispute between the directors of that business, the particulars of which have been detailed in the affidavits of Mr Egger and Mr Gradinger, which have been read before me. Having considered those matters, it is clear that it is in the interests of the company, its creditors and traders, that a provisional liquidator be appointed. I make orders in terms of the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers. 2 JUDGMENT 10 30 40 50 60 -- 2 of 2 --
