No. 70/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Transport (Passenger Vehicles) Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 June 2004 Responsible Minister: PETER BATCHELOR Minister for Transport DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transport (Passenger Vehicles) Regulations 1994 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R.
