No. 69/2004 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 1994 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2004 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 June 2004 Responsible Minister: PETER BATCHELOR Minister for Transport DIANE CASEY Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 1994 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation Parliamentary Documents S.R.
