Where an employee has received a wage intTcase in excess of the total $34 Safety net Adjustments made available since I February 1992, that increase may be set off against the wage rate prescribed in this Award. The payments which may be set off include wages payahle pursuant to certified agreements, currently operating enterprise flexibility agreements, Queensland workplace agreements, award variations t.o give effect to enterprise agreements and overaward arrangements. Absorption which is contrary to the terms of an agreement is not required. Increases made under previous St.ate Wage Case decisions or under the current Statement of Principles, excepting those resulting from enterpcise agreements, are not to be used to off-set arbitrated Safety Net Adjustments.". 2.
