The matter has bee11 before the Commission on a number of occasions and the parties have been directed to confer on the matter of COS! offse1s and flexib1hl1es to enable the reduction in hours sought in compliance with the Commission's policy. The parties have agreed on a range of cost offsets and flexibilities which meet the standards required by the Commission. These matters have been incorporated in a draft new Award which the parties propose as a replacement for the existing do�-umenl. In view of the time which has elapsed since the Award was last consolidated and reprinted and the number of variations which have been made since that date ii is appropriate that the Award be now consolidated and reprinted.
