A copy of this roster shall be posted up in a conspicuous place acce.ssible to employees: Provided that, in emerg ency circumstances, employees may be required to temporarily work additional and/or altered shifts, subject to the provisions of clause 4.2 he reof: Provided furtho;.r, 1ha1 any such alteration may, by mutual agreement be1ween the Queen sland Ambulan ce Service a nd the Unio n, be made 10 operate for such period as they may dete rmine. (2) All employees shall be eniirled to days offal the ratio of at least Iwo days off for every five worked. For the purpose of this subclauu, a day shall mean 1he period from mid11ighr to midnight, These days off m11sr be grouped to provide a minimum of two co11sec11tive days in any fortnight pay period. Altema/ively. one day in one week and three days during rhe followrng week shall satisfy the provisions of this s11bda11 se. (3) The method of impleme ntation of t he 38 Hou r Week shall be by agreement betwee n the Qu een.�land Ambulance Service and the Union as rc<.-orded in a Memorandum of Understanding between the parties.".
