The decision to apply was made i n accordance with the rules of the applicant Association and the application itself was made in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Orgamsarions Act /997, the J,uiustrial Orga11isatio11s Regu/arion 1997 and the lndusrria/ Court Rules 1990. Jt has been advertised in accordance with the directions of the Industrial Registrar. There was ociginally an objector. The objection has been seuled. In the circumstances it seems to me that s . 10 (2) enables me to proceed without further investjgation of whether there is an organisation to which members of the Association might belong a.nd to which members of the Association might more conveniently belong and which would effectively represent those members. The criteria at s. I O is satisfie.d. There is no matenal before me on the basis of which I could conclude that s . I87 has been triggered.
