Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed
Agencies) Regulations 2004
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
certain bodies as bodies to which the Treasury
Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 44 of
the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 August 2004.
4. Revocation
The Regulations listed in the Schedule are
revoked.

5. Prescribed agencies
The following bodies are prescribed as bodies to
which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act
1992 applies—
(a) City West Water Limited
(A.C.N. 066 902 467);
(b) Federation Square Management Pty Ltd
(A.C.N. 085 731 479);
(c) Rolling Stock Holdings (Victoria) Pty
Limited (A.C.N. 104 780 056);
(d) South East Water Limited
(A.C.N. 066 902 547);
(e) Yarra Valley Water Limited
(A.C.N. 066 902 501).
