No. 93/2003 Associations Incorporation Act 1981 Associations Incorporation (Fees) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 July 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN LENDERS Minister for Consumer Affairs HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the prescribed fees payable under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 54 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. 3. Consequential amendments (1) In regulation 22 of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 1 , for "33" substitute "33A". (2) In regulation 24(2) of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998, for "a computer copy" substitute "an electronic copy". -- 2 of 7 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. New Schedule 2 substituted For Schedule 2 to the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 substitute— "SCHEDULE 2 TABLE OF FEES TO BE PAID TO THE REGISTRAR Item Section of the Act Type of fee Amount 1 5 Application for incorporation of proposed association lodged by electronic transmission $25 if association adopts the model rules $75 if association adopts rules other than the model rules 2 5 Application for incorporation of proposed association lodged manually $50 if association adopts the model rules $100 if association adopts rules other than the model rules 3 9(2) Application to the Registrar to make recordings in the Register in relation to the vesting of land in an incorporated association $100 4 10 Application to bring companies etc. under the Act $100 r. 4 -- 3 of 7 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
