No. 105/2003 Casino Control Act 1991 Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 9 September 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Gaming SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons) Regulations 2002 to replace the National Crime Authority with the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Crime Commission as a prescribed person for the purposes of section 151(3)(b) of the Casino Control Act 1991. 2.
