Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) (Amendment)
Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objectives
The objectives of these Regulations are to provide
for the administration of two new cemeteries by
cemetery trusts and to make minor corrections to
the details of certain trusts and the cemeteries they
administer.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 3 and
92 of the Cemeteries Act 1958.
3. Amendments to Schedule
In the Schedule to the Cemeteries (Incorporation
of Trusts) Regulations 19951—
(a) in the item relating to The Addas Israel
Cemetery Trust, for "Addas" (where twice
occurring) substitute "Adass";

(b) in the item relating to The Cowangle
Cemetery Trust, for "Cowangle" (where
twice occurring) substitute "Cowangie";
(c) in the item relating to The Darlington
Cemetery Trust—
(i) in column 1 for "Cemetery" substitute
"Cemeteries";
(ii) in column 2 for "Darlington Public
Cemetery" substitute—
"(a) Darlington Public Cemetery
(b) Kurweeton Public Cemetery";
(d) in the item relating to The Geelong
Cemeteries Trust, in column 2, after
"(i) Geelong Memorial Park" insert—
"(j) Flinders Memorial Park";
(e) in the item relating to The Trustees of the
Lilydale Memorial Park and Cemetery, in
column 1, for "Cemetery" substitute
"Cemeteries".
