Country Fire Authority (Charges) Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Country Fire Authority Regulations 1992 to
increase the charges for—
(a) emergency attendances by brigades; and
(b) the monitoring of fire alarm systems.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 110 of
the Country Fire Authority Act 1958.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 November 2003.

4. Increased charges for emergency attendances
In regulation 113(2) of the Country Fire Authority
Regulations 19921—
(a) in paragraph (a), for "$341.00" substitute
"$351.23";
(b) in paragraph (b), for "$239.05" substitute
"$246.22";
(c) in paragraph (c), for "$135.95" substitute
"$140.03".
5. Increased charges for monitoring of fire alarm
systems
In regulation 115 of the Country Fire Authority
Regulations 1992—
(a) in paragraph (a), for "$205.05" substitute
"$211.20";
(b) in paragraph (b), for "$142.75" substitute
"$147.03".
