No. 67/2003 Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Fees) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 June 2003 Responsible Minister: BRONWYN PIKE Minister for Health BRIAN TUKE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees relating to the provision of licences and permits issued under the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 132 and 132B of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003. 4. Fees (1) In regulation 73(3) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 19951 , for "$54.00" substitute "$55". -- 2 of 6 -- S.R.
