Arising from th~c;e adjustments certain "Excess Payments" have also been identified and are payable to employees engaged in such cla.,sificarions as pan of their Award Rate. These ''Excess Payments" are not subject to absorption of the safety net adjustment. Such "Excess Payment'' shall not have any subsequent percentage based wage increase applied 10 it. Note 2: The rates of pay in this Award in clude the first, second and third $8 per week arbitrated safety net adjustments payable under the November 1994 State Wage Ca.~e decision. lncreac;es made under previous State Wage Case principles or under the current Statement of Principles are not to be used to offset arbitrated safety net adjustment~. The fu,t, second and third $8 per week arbitrated safety net adjustments may be offset to the extent of any other wage increase, whether an award increa.,;e, an overaward payment or an increase by way of enterprise agreement. received since I February 1992.
