No. 75/2003 Environment Protection Act 1970 Environment Protection (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Environment Protection Authority, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 June 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Environment HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Environment Protection (Fees) Regulations 2001 to increase the monetary value of the fee unit. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 71 of the Environment Protection Act 1970. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
