No. 131/2003 Evidence Act 1958 Evidence (Affidavits and Statutory Declarations) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 November 2003 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe classifications in the public service as classifications to which sections 107A and 123C of the Evidence Act 1958 apply. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 152(2) of the Evidence Act 1958. 3. Prescribed classifications in the public service In regulation 5 of the Evidence (Affidavits and Statutory Declarations) Regulations 1998 1 — (a) for paragraph (a) substitute— "(a) non-executive employee Grade 2 to Grade 6 (inclusive) and Senior Technical Specialist;"; -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R. No. 131/2003 Evidence (Affidavits and Statutory Declarations) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 2 (b) for paragraph (da) substitute— "(da) Forensic Officer Level 2 to Level 7 (inclusive);"; (c) for paragraph (h) substitute— "(h) Disability Development and Support Officer DDSO4 to DDSO9 (inclusive)."; (d) paragraph (i) is revoked. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
