HIS HONOUR: Having had regard to the matters that have been
raised today, I require the parties to deliver to my associate
a full set of pleadings, including particulars, by
11 September.
I require the plaintiff to file and serve answers to
interrogatories by 4 p.m. Monday 4 September.
By 11 September I require the defendant to put in writing to
the plaintiff its concerns as to the sufficiency of the
answers to interrogatories.
I require the parties thereafter to negotiate with respect to
those matters of concern with a view either to resolving them
or limiting the outstanding issues with respect to answers to
interrogatories.
I also require the parties between now and 18 September to
engage in further dialogue and negotiations with respect to
the completion of discovery and inspection of documents.
I require the plaintiff by 11 September to put in writing to
the defendants the plaintiff's concerns with respect to
paragraph SA of the defence and the particulars given in
relation thereto.
I require the parties to have discussions with respect to
those concerns with a view to narrowing the matters in dispute
relating thereto.

I require the issues on each side to furnish to my associate
by 4 p.m. on 18 September a report detailing the dialogue,
negotiations, results thereof and outstanding matters with
respect to each of the matters that I have raised in these
directions.
On receipt of the report on 18 September I will indicate to
the parties when next the matter will be listed for review and
the issues that will be then raised. I don't propose to say
anything more at this stage, gentlemen.
