No. 145/2003 Fisheries Act 1995 Fisheries (Recreational Fees and Levies) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 9 December 2003 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Agriculture SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Fisheries Regulations 1998 to increase certain fees and levies for recreational fishing. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 153 of the Fisheries Act 1995. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2004. 4. Increase to recreational fishery licence fee and levies (1) For regulation 406(5) of the Fisheries Regulations 19981 substitute— "(5) The application fee for a group recreational fishery licence is $22.00.". -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
