No. 104/2003 Gaming Machine Control Act 1991 Gaming Machine Control (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 9 September 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Gaming SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Gaming Machine Control (Miscellaneous) Regulations 2001 to replace the National Crime Authority with the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Crime Commission as a prescribed person for the purposes of section 139(3)(b) of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 159 of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991. 3. Schedule amended In the Schedule to the Gaming Machine Control (Miscellaneous) Regulations 20011, for "National Crime Authority" substitute "Chief Executive Officer, Australian Crime Commission". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
