No. 103/2003 Gaming No. 2 Act 1997 Gaming No. 2 (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 9 September 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN PANDAZOPOULOS Minister for Gaming SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Gaming No. 2 (General) Regulations 1998 to replace the Chairman of the National Crime Authority with the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Crime Commission as a prescribed person for the purposes of section 104(3)(b) of the Gaming No. 2 Act 1997. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 105 of the Gaming No. 2 Act 1997. 3.
