DECISION By applications fi led on 5 April and 7 July 1995 the Australian Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union. The matter was de legated to Commissioner Edwards for consideration and report to other members of th e Full Benc h. These applications have been th e subject of hearings on 3 May, 5 and 26 July. 30 August, 5 and 23 October 1995 before Comm issioner Edwards. At the hearing on 23 October 1995 the parties submitted to Commissioner Edwards a consent document incorporating the cost minimisation proposals reached for a 38 hour week. We have had the opportunity to read the transcript and we accept that the cost minimisation proposals satisfy the Prin ciples of the Commission and warrant the granting of' a 38 hour week.
