(2) o person shall be deemed 10 have made an upplication lo become a l1nancial member of the Union unless that person has tender ed the fee prescribed by t he rules of the Union to some person au thorised to receive such fee on th e Union 's bdrn l l. In clause 2.6 (Consultation) - (a) by deleting from subclause ( I) the wo rd s " Rural Training 'choo l" an d inserting the words "Ag ri c ul tural Co ll ege" in lieu thereof: mid (b) by deleting from subclause (2) the words '· Ru ral Training Schools" an<l inserting the words "Agr ic ultura l Colleges'' in lie u thereof. 6.
