In clause 3.5 (Allowances):- (a) by deleting from subclause (4) "Shift Work Allowance" the amount of " $3.12" and inserting the amount of "$3.33" in lieu thereof; (b) by deleting from subclause (5) "Aerial Ambulance Allowance" the an1ount of "S6.28" and inserting the amount of "S6.71" in lieu thereof; (c) inserting a new subclause (11) as follows :- " (! I) Where an employee uses a privately owned motor vehicle in the course of the employer's business, such employee shall be paid at the rate of 29.2 cents per kilometre for each kilometre so travelled.". 2. By deleting from subclause (2) of cl ~use 4.3 (Meal Breaks) the amount of "$6.90" and inserting the amount of "$7.80" in lieu thereof. Dated this seventh day of September, I 995.
