THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at
Brisbane on 12 April and 15 August I 995, thi s Commission doth
order that the said A ward be varied as follows as from the founcenth
day of August, 1995 :-
By deleting subclause (I) of clause 8 (Wages) and inserting the
following lieu t11ereof:

The rates of pay in thi s Award include the first $8 per week
arbitrated safety net adjustment payable under the t.:ovember 1994
State Wage Case decision. Increases made under previous State
Wage Case principles or under the current Stalement of Principles
are not to be used to offset arbitrated safe1y net adjustments. This
first $8 per week ar bi trated safety net adjustment may be offset to
the extent of any other wage increase, whether an award increase. an
overaward payment or an increase by way of enterprise arrangement,
