LT D. - LO GAN L EA CERTI FIED AG RED 1ENT COMMISSIONERS BOUGOURE, SWAN, BLOOMFIELD 14 August 1995 VARIAT ION THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Brisbane on I August 1995, this Commission doth order that the said Certified Agreement be varied as from the first day of August. 1995:- By deleting clause I 0 (Public Holidays) and inserting a new clause 10 as follows :- "Public Ho lidays 10. All work done by an employee on Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day sh all be paid for at the rate of double time and a-half with a minimum of four (4) hours. All work done any other gazetted public holiday that falls in an employees' nom1al roster will be paid at the normal weekly rate incurring no penalty rates. To compensate for this employees. who work all or any of these days in their roster. wil l receive one (I} extra weeks leave per year, credited to their holiday entitlement on their next employment anniversary date. but that week will not incur any leave loading. Terminating employees who have worked all or any of these days in their roster will receive the full week entitlement cred ited to their termination pay, but that week will not incur any leave loading.'·.
