The rates of pay is this Award include the first $8.00 per week Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment payable under the November 1994 State Wage Ca~e Decision. Increases made under previous State Case Princip les or under the current Statements of Principles are not lO be used to offset Arb itrated Safety Net Adjustments This first $8.00 per week Arbitrated Safety Net Ad3usunen1 may be offset 10 tl1e extent of any other wage increase, whether an award increase, an overaward payment or an increase by way of Enterprise arrangement received s ince I February 1992. Pre February 1992 overaward arrangements are to be applied according to their tem1s. ( I) Norlhern Division - that portion of the coastli ne north of twenty - first parallel south latitude. (2) ti,fackay Diwsion - that portion of the coastline between 21 deg rees and 22 degrees 30 minutes of south latitude. (3) Sowhern Division - that po rtion o r the coastline between 22 degr ees 30 minutes and 27 degrees south latitude. (4) The inclusion in tl1e Schedule of Wages of the c lass ification of Mate is to provide a wage fo r suc h c lassification on vesse ls which are required by the Mar in e Board of Qu ee ns land to carry a Mate or Mates in lhe minimum safely manning of the vessels or where the employer requires a mate to be carried.".
