VARIATION
THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Comm issio n at
Brisbane on 27 April and 27 June I 995, this Commission doth order
that the said Awa rd be varied as follows as from the twen ty-ninth
day of May, 1995:-
By deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) of s ubclause (I) of clause 7
(Wages) and in se rting the following in lieu thereof:-
"Wages
7.( I) Subject to clause 6 hereot; the min imum rates of wages
payable to the following classes of employees in the Southern
Division (Eastern District) shall be:-
(a) Cashiers, Tellers. Audio-typis1s, S1enographers, Tele-typisrs,
Punch Ca rd Verifier Opera/ors. Operators of Accounling or
Ledger Machines and Compu1er Terminals :-
