In c lause 2 (Application of Award), by deleting the word ''Females" and inserting the word "emp loyees" in lieu thereof. 2. The rates of pay in thi s Award include the first and second $8 per week arbitrated safety net adjustments payable under the February 1994 Review of Wage Fixing Principles and the December I 994 State Wage Case decision. Increases made under previous State Wage Case principles or under the current Statement of Principles are not to be used to offset arbitrated safety net adjustments. The first and second $8 per week arbitrated safety net adjustments may be offset to the extent of any other wage increase, whether an award increase, an ove raward payment or an increase by way of enterprise arrangement, received since I February I 992. Pre February I 992 oveniward arrangements are to be applied according to their terms. Note 2 The percentage relativities column relates 10 percen ta ges applying before the ap plication of the two $8.00 arbitrated Safety Ne t Adjustments made in accordance with the February 1994 Review o f Wage Fix in g Pr inciples and the December 1994 Stale Wage Case.''.
