INT ER IM IND STRIAL AG R.££M E 'T CO MMI SSIO ER FISHER 15 Moy 1995 VARIATION THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Brisban..: on 15 May I 995, this Commission doth order that the sa id Indu strial Agreement be varied as fo ll ows as from the eleventh day ofMay. 1995 :- By inserting a new clause 4.6 (Deferred Sign on 11me) as fo ll ows:- "4.6 Odcrrcd ign on Time When an employee is ad vised at the employees res idence or QR provided accommodation not less than two (2) hours before commencement of a rostered working shift. that such starting time has been altered to a later hour, such employee sh all be allowed one ( I ) hours passive time. If such advice is provided in less than two (2) hours. the emplO}CC shall be allowed two (2) hours passive time. Such pay shall be calculated at the rate applicable to the panicular day and shall not be taken into account fo r the purpose of calculation of ove rtime.
