discussion should take place at an enterprise to provide more f1c\iblc
\\orking a1Tange111cnts_ imprO\crnent in the quality of \H1rking lilc.
enhancement of skills. training and job satisfaction. and positi\ e
assistance in the restructuring process and to encourage consultative
mechanisms across the \\orkplace to all employees in an enterprise
and consideration of a single bargaining unit in all multi-union or
multi-mrnrd ,,orkplaces.
(2) The consultati\e processes established in an enterprise in
tcrn1s of this !\\,ard may prO\ idc an appropriate mechanism for
consideration of matters relevant to this clause. l'nion delegates at
the place of work may be im oh cd in such discussions.
