Health (Pest Control) (Fees) Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fees for licences to use pesticides.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 108H
and 391 of the Health Act 1958.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 July 2003.
4. Licence fees
In regulation 6 of the Health (Pest Control)
Regulations 2002 1 —
(a) in sub-regulation (1)(a), for "$450.00"
substitute "$463";

(b) in sub-regulation (1)(b), for "$150.00"
substitute "$154";
(c) in sub-regulation (2), for "$50.00" substitute
