No. 63/2003 Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 Liquor Control Reform (Prohibited Class of Liquor) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 June 2003 Responsible Minister: JOHN LENDERS Minister for Consumer Affairs BRIAN TUKE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prohibit the supply in certain circumstances of a class of liquor constituted from milk products. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 118B of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. 3. Definition In these Regulations, "prohibited class of liquor" means liquor that contains milk products that have not more than 20 grams of milk fat per kilogram. -- 2 of 3 -- S.R. No. 63/2003 Liquor Control Reform (Prohibited Class of Liquor) Regulations 2003 2 4. Prohibition (1) A person must not supply a prohibited class of liquor for consumption off licensed premises. Penalty: 30 penalty units. (2) A person must not supply a prohibited class of liquor in a sealed container for consumption on licensed premises.
