I order in terms of paragraphs (a) , (b) and (c) of the summons. I reserve costs. The copy of the summons that was handed up to me I will mark Exhibit D and, Mrs Wolfe, I will extract from you an undertaking on the part of the solicitor to file a ~ summons.
