The plaintiff is to pay the defendant's costs of and incidental to the action to be taxed. Judgment for the defendant (Security Life Assurance Limited) in the counterclaim for 50,645.65 together with interest at 10 five per cent per annum from 31 May, together with extra costs, if any, incurred on the counterclaim to be taxed.
