No. 132/2003 Magistrates' Court Act 1989 Magistrates' Court General (Amendment) Regulations 2003 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 November 2003 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General SUDHA KASYNATHAN Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe offices for the purposes of section 121 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989. 3. Bail justices In regulation 202 of the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 20001 — (a) in paragraph (a), for "VPS-3, VPS-4 or VPS-5" substitute "Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 or Grade 6"; -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents S.R.
