1026 QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT INDUSTRIAL GAZETTE [7 April, 1995 7 April, 1995] QUEENSLAND GOVERNME NT INDUSTRIAL GAZETTE 1027 H/#l/:f##J:!#####ffl#l####################f.fl!l.'HH J! #Jf#ff##fiNN##### QUEENSLAND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISS ION J11d11stria/ Relations Act 1990 s. 144 - application for variation Australian Services Industrial Union of Employees (Queensland Local Government, Energy, Ports, Information Technology, Social and Community Services Branch) AND Queensland Electricity Commission and Others (No. B1510 of 1994) ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IND USTRY EM PLOY EES' TR.\NSITIONALRESTRUCTURING AWARD - STATE COMMISSIONER BECHL Y 19 December 1994 VARIATION THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Brisbane on 19 December I 994, this Commission doth order that the said Award be varied as follows as from the first day of January, 1995 :- By deleting clause 1.2 (Award Coverage) and inserting th e following in lieu thereof: - "1.2 Award Coverage This Award shall apply to :- ( 1) The Queensland Generation Corporation as the employer and to its employees for whom classifications and salary levels are prescribed herein throughout th e State of Queensland including employees of the Corporation employed in Generation Entities owned by that Corporation; and (2) The Queensland Transmission and Supply Corporation and its subsidiaries namely, Queensland Electricity Transmission Corporation (QETC), The South East Queensland Electricity Corporation (SEQEC), The South West Queensland Electricity Corporation (SWQEC), The Far North Queensland El ectricity Corporation (FNQEC), The North Queensland Electricity Corporation (NORQEC), The Wide Bay Burnett Electricity Corporation (WBBEC), The Capricornia Electricity Corporation (CEC), and The Mackay Electricity Corporation (MEC) as employers and to their em pl oyees for whom classifications and salary levels arc prescribed herein throughout the state of Queensland: Provided that this Award shall only apply to employees covered by a career path document filed in the Registry of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission as a schedule to this Award.".
